Do you like to haggle?
Who doesn't love a bargain? Are you always after getting the best deal? Well, I've added the ability for you to do this now at pezzastrains.co.uk, you'll see that every listing now has a "Make an offer" button at the bottom, which I've touched on before, but now I've also added this to the checkout stage, so what does this mean? Well, you can now add multiple items to your shopping basket and then, when you go to check out, you will see that there is a "Make an offer" button there to, so you can put together a bundle and make an offer for a "Job lot".
How does this work?
Using an app for Shopify called "Magical make an offer" which embeds itself into the website, it does all the work for me, once you make an offer it instantly gets pinged to me in order to accept, decline, or counter, there are some automations, if you make a silly offer it will automatically decline it, so don't try and take the mick!
Why have I added this?
There's no point pretending otherwise, to sell more! But this also enables you guys to get a bargain too, if there are things that I need to shift then I'll more than likely accept the offer.
Being a sole trader and a one man band (other than when the Mrs kindly takes parcels to the Post office, or my kids help with packing), this facility makes the whole process a little more personal, allowing you to haggle as you would at a toy fair or swap meet!
