Clear Condition Reporting: Whether a building is factory-made (like Hornby Skaledale or Bachmann Scenecraft) or a unique kit-built model, I am always upfront. If there are glue marks, missing chimneys, or "layout residue" on the base, I will clearly state this in the individual listing.
