Refund policy
Unless otherwise mentioned, all locomotives are Tested runners and are guaranteed to reach you in the condition advertised, should an item reach you in any condition other that advertised then please contact me within 30 days to arrange a full refund upon return of the faulty item.
Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are pre-owned and sold as advertised and seen, I endeavor to list items as accurately as possible, with clear images, as with any pre-owned items, there may be some wear and marks, please always study the images carefully or contact me if you have any questions about the condition of any particular listing.
Returns:
If you change your mind about an item, you can return for a full refund within 14 days, but you must pay the return postage and items must be posted back using a tracked and insured postal service. The cost of the original item will be refunded upon us receiving the undamaged item, a deduction from the refund may be made if the item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent. This applies to UK sales only, there are no returns on international postage (except where the item was faulty or not as described).
Postage:
All items are posted using Royal Mail Tracked services, they will include insurance relevant to the value of the item purchased, all items will always be well packaged for posting, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact me ASAP to arrange the relevant claims.
International postage:
Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Monaco, Republic of Ireland and Denmark):
Items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, PLEASE NOTE, VAT will be payable to the courier before delivery along with a small fee, full tracking will be provided so you know where your parcel is. Maximum 2KG.
Australia:
Royal Mail international Tracked up to a maximum of 5KG.
