Character History & Lore:

Introduced in Season 5 of the television series, Old Slow Coach is a charming, veteran Great Western Railway (GWR) Clerestory Brake Coach. After a long career of service, she was retired and sent to the Edward's scrap yards, where she sadly faced being broken up. Thankfully, Thomas and Percy discovered her, and after she bravely helped save an oil depot from a fire, she was fully restored to her beautiful chocolate-and-cream livery. She earned a permanent home on the North Western Railway running express routes alongside James and Thomas, beloved for her gentle nature and historic wisdom.

Item Condition:

The Coach: The model is in Very Good condition. It retains its vibrant chocolate-and-cream paintwork, crisp lining, pristine glass glazing, and its signature character face is fully intact and undamaged. It runs smoothly with all buffers and couplings secure.
The Packaging: Supplied in its original Hornby window box. The packaging is in great shape, showing only very minor shelf wear or light storage scuffs on the corners. Finding this specific item with clean box liners is becoming increasingly difficult for hobbyists.
